Continuing
a great tradition in the Swiss Val de Travers, the Kübler
family began producing Absinthe in 1863. Despite the Absinthe
ban in Switzerland which had been passed in 1910, the Kübler
distillery managed to find a small loophole in the legislation
and were, until the recent lifting of the ban, the only Swiss
distillery that was allowed to produce an Extrait d’Absinthe. |
